Terms of Use
Last updated 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Camp Willingness, the platform operated by Willingness Malta ("Willingness", "we", "us") for its psychosocial camp programmes. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
The service
Camp Willingness is a monitoring platform for the psychosocial summer camps that Willingness runs for children at locations in Malta and Gozo. It lets staff record assessments and attendance, lets parents and guardians follow their child's progress, supports the consents needed for a child to take part, and is used to prepare and send weekly progress reports.
Who may use the platform
The platform is intended for parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old and responsible for a child enrolled, or to be enrolled, in a Willingness programme, and for authorised Willingness staff. By using the platform you confirm that you meet these requirements. Children do not have their own accounts.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that takes place under it.
- Keep your login details confidential and do not share your password.
- Staff accounts must use two-factor authentication, which is mandatory.
- Tell us promptly at camp@willingness.com.mt if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date. This matters most for medical, allergy, and contact details, which are relied upon to keep children safe during camp.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with how the platform works, attempt to break its security, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that could harm others or the children in our care.
Reports are guidance, not professional advice
Progress reports and assessment summaries on the platform are prepared to help parents and staff follow a child's participation and wellbeing during camp. They are prepared with the support of secure software and are always reviewed and approved by senior staff before they are shared. They are general guidance and are not a clinical diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified medical or mental health professional. If you have a concern about your child's health or wellbeing, seek professional advice. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design, text, and the Camp Willingness and Willingness branding, belongs to Willingness or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only as allowed by these terms. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the permission we need to process it to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the platform where these terms are breached, where it is necessary to safeguard a child, or where the law requires it. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account, subject to any data we are required to retain.
Limitation of liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill to support our camp programmes, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Willingness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change or improve the platform, and we may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material we will make the updated terms available and, where appropriate, ask you to review them again before you continue to use the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
