This policy explains the cookies that Camp Willingness uses. We keep this simple, because we use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to make the platform work. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website so that it can work properly and remember certain things between requests, such as the fact that you are signed in. A cookie cannot run programs on your device or carry a virus.

The cookies we use

All of the cookies below are strictly necessary. The platform cannot function correctly without them.

• Authentication and session cookie: set when you sign in, it keeps you securely logged in as you move between pages and confirms that requests come from your account. Without it you would have to sign in again on every page.
• Interface preference cookie: remembers a small interface choice, such as whether the sidebar is expanded or collapsed, so the layout matches how you left it.

No tracking, analytics, or advertising

We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites, to measure analytics, or to serve advertising. No third party places advertising or tracking cookies through this platform.

Why we do not show a cookie banner

Under the ePrivacy rules and Maltese law, consent is not required for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service that you have asked for. All the cookies we use fall into that category, so we do not display a cookie consent banner. We mention them here for transparency.

How to control cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you see the cookies stored, delete them, and block them. Please note that, because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking or deleting them is likely to stop you from signing in or using the platform properly. Help for the main browsers is available in their own support pages, usually under a "Privacy" or "Cookies" setting.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change the cookies we use, we will update this policy first. Were we ever to introduce a non-essential cookie, we would ask for your consent before setting it.
